These terms govern your use of Green Valley's travel booking platform and services. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

By completing a booking on Green Valley, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Green Valley's website, mobile application, or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Updates to Terms
Green Valley reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Bookings & Reservations
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Green Valley following successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations at any time.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring all booking details — including travel dates, passenger counts, pickup locations, and contact information — are accurate at the time of booking.
Availability
All bookings are subject to availability. Green Valley does not guarantee availability for any specific vehicle or trip package until booking confirmation is received.
Payments & Pricing
Pricing
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods facilitated by our payment partner, Razorpay. Payments are processed securely on encrypted servers.
Failed Transactions
If a payment fails, your booking will not be confirmed. Green Valley is not liable for any losses arising from failed transactions. Please contact your bank or our support team for assistance.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations made more than 7 days before travel are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit 50% of the booking value. No refund is available within 48 hours of travel.
Cancellation by Green Valley
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe weather, force majeure, or operational issues), Green Valley may cancel a booking and will offer a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
User Conduct & Prohibited Use
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to impersonate others, to interfere with platform security, or to scrape or harvest data without prior written consent.
Vehicle Use
Vehicles rented through Green Valley must be used solely for lawful purposes. Drivers must hold a valid licence and must not operate vehicles under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs ability.
Respectful Travel
Passengers and drivers must treat each other with respect. Green Valley reserves the right to cancel any booking and ban users who engage in abusive, discriminatory, or threatening behaviour.
Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
Green Valley acts as a facilitator between customers and third-party service providers. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of third-party operators, drivers, or accommodation providers.
Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Valley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.
Force Majeure
Green Valley is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, or government actions.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
All content on the Green Valley platform — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Green Valley and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limited Licence
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires prior written consent.
User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content on our platform, you grant Green Valley a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.
Governing Law & Disputes
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Assam, India.
Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting our support team.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
What you can do

What you cannot do
- ✕Resell or transfer bookings
- ✕Use vehicles for unlawful purposes
- ✕Misrepresent your identity
- ✕Scrape or copy our platform content
- ✕Make fraudulent or speculative bookings
